Senior Support Services (Ages 55+)
TNT Empowerment Network’s Senior Support Services are designed to promote independence, stability, and quality of life for adults ages 55 and older through consistent outreach and access to essential resources. These services are non-medical and focus on education, referrals, and community-based support rather than clinical care.
Senior Support Services Include:
- Monthly essential needs support
- Grocery and household assistance options
- Wellness check-ins
- Resource referrals and benefit assistance
- Support that promotes independence and overall well-being
